The rental market is super and uber-expensive in this area
Anywhere from AED 80,000 to AED 250,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment
Half are in construction sites - if not be prepared to pay
INDEPENDENT FINANCE launched their products this week RENTAL FINANCE
One being interest based and one being payment based but both being a fantastic assistant for those of us mere mortals whi need to find the one and two rent cheques each year.
